Rotary Cares For Mental Health

A Mental Health Initiative by RID 3030 India

World’s First District Chapter of RAG on Mental Health

About Us

We are a group of likeminded Rotarians who have come together and formed a group for mental health awareness with the motto- “Rotary Cares for Mental Health’.

Rotary works by the means of various projects / activities conducted by its members towards upliftment of the society.

There are various groups known as Rotary action groups which are independent, Rotary- affiliated groups that work in a particular field such as peace, addiction prevention, mental health awareness etc.

The Rotary action group on mental health initiatives (RAGMHI), as the name suggests, promotes mental health and wellness.

The district action group on mental health initiatives (DAGMHI RID 3030 India) has been formed to promote the same & It’s first district chapter in the world.

We try to have a shared vision among the Rotarians & non Rotarians who believe in promoting mental health and Wellness in our society. We want people to imbibe in their minds that mental illness is treatable and preventable. We want to promote the same through various projects, activities and toolkits.
